By using qvhoa.com or the resident communication services of the Quiet Vines Homeowners Association (“the Association”), you agree to these terms.

Use of this site

This site provides information about the Association, its amenities and its governance for residents and the public. Content is provided as is. Official notices are those delivered under the Association’s governing documents; this site is a convenience and does not replace them.

Text messaging

Residents may opt in to receive text notices. The program, message frequency, costs and how to opt out are described in the SMS Program Terms, which are part of these terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of membership in the Association. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Amenity reservations

Clubhouse reservations are subject to the Association’s rules, a refundable deposit and the resident’s responsibility for guests and damage.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the messaging program to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to interfere with the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the messaging program, including delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
