Shared spaces maintained by the association for every resident.

Pool and spa

Heated pool and spa open May through September, 7 am to 9 pm daily. Residents receive a key fob at move-in; guests must be accompanied. No glass on the deck.

Clubhouse

A 2,400 square foot room with a kitchen, seating for 80, and an outdoor patio. Residents may reserve it for private events; a refundable deposit applies. Reserve through the board.

Vineyard park and trail

A playground for ages 2 to 12, picnic tables, a half basketball court and a one mile loop trail through the old vineyard rows. Dogs on leash. Open dawn to dusk.
