About the association

Quiet Vines was built in 1998 as a planned community of 240 single-family homes. The association is a Texas nonprofit corporation run by a volunteer board of five homeowners, elected each year at the annual meeting in March.

What the association does

• Maintains the pool, spa, clubhouse, park, entry monuments and common-area landscaping.
• Collects the quarterly assessment and manages the reserve fund.
• Enforces the CC&Rs and architectural guidelines through the Architectural Review Committee.
• Keeps residents informed by email, text notices and the mail-kiosk bulletin board.

Meetings

The board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the clubhouse. Open session is first on the agenda and residents are welcome. Minutes are posted within 30 days.
