Who manages the association?
Quiet Vines is self-managed by its volunteer board. There is no management company. The board keeps office hours by phone at 832-957-1098, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and answers email within two business days.
How much are assessments and when are they due?
$285 per quarter in 2026, due on the first of January, April, July and October. Details and payment options are on the residents page.
What are the pool hours?
7 am to 9 pm daily from May 1 through September 30. The pool is closed for the season in October. Children under 14 must be with an adult, and guests are limited to four per household.
How do I reserve the clubhouse?
Fill in the reservation form on the documents page and email it to the board. Residents in good standing may reserve up to two dates a month. The deposit is $200, refunded after the walk-through. Events end by 11 pm.
Do I need approval to build a fence or paint my house?
Yes, for anything visible from the street or a neighbor’s lot. See making improvements. Repainting in the existing color does not need approval.
Where can I park a trailer, boat or RV?
Trailers, boats and RVs may be parked in the driveway for up to 48 hours for loading. Longer storage must be behind the front wall of the house and screened from the street, or off site.
What are the rules on pets?
Dogs must be leashed in all common areas and on the trail, and owners pick up after them. The Declaration limits households to four dogs or cats in total. Chickens and other livestock are not permitted.
When does the board meet?
The fourth Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the clubhouse. The first 20 minutes are open session for resident comments. The annual meeting, where directors are elected, is the second Saturday in March.
How do I report a streetlight or a common-area problem?
Email board@qvhoa.com with the location and a photo, or call 832-957-1098. Streetlights are owned by Entergy; give us the pole number and we will file the report.
How do I get notices by text?

I lost my key fob. What now?
Email the board with your address and the fob will be deactivated the same day. Replacements are $25 and can be picked up at the next board meeting or by arrangement.
Can I see the governing documents?
The Declaration, bylaws, architectural guidelines and current budget are on the documents page. Recorded copies are also on file with the Montgomery County Clerk.
