The Quiet Vines Homeowners Association (“the Association”, “we”) operates qvhoa.com and the resident communication program described on our SMS Program Terms page. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mailing address and mobile number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by text.
- Basic technical information when you visit this site, such as pages viewed and browser type.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To send community notices, meeting reminders and account information to residents who have opted in.
- To keep records the Association is required to keep under its governing documents and Texas law.
Text messaging and mobile information
We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Association, such as our management company, our accountant and the platform that delivers our email and text notices, and only for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as the Association’s governing documents and the law require, and we use reasonable measures to protect them.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your contact details, or to stop contacting you, by emailing board@qvhoa.com. Some records must be kept as long as you own a home in the community.
