Program description

Quiet Vines HOA Notices is a text-message program run by the Quiet Vines Homeowners Association for residents who opt in. Messages include community notices, board meeting reminders, amenity closures and openings, assessment reminders, and replies to questions you send us. Messages are sent from 281-407-2808.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the consent box on our contact form, by texting JOIN to 281-407-2808, or by asking the board office to enroll you. After you opt in you will receive a confirmation message.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most residents receive two to six messages a month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

Text STOP to 281-407-2808 at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text JOIN.
